Ended up just going to SO
Don't underestimate how difficult these are to do correctly. I even enlisted the help of my wife, and even with the spare cards (I only needed two good ones) we still botched them all. Very tough to roll your own fingeres. Ended up paying another $20 to go to my local SO and have them taken - I suggest you do the same.

Amazing Results with Clear Fingerprints
My fingerprints were taken by Identogo with really poor quality, and the FBI rejected them twice! Identogo blamed my fingerprints, but I knew they didn't do a good job. So, I called the FBI to inquire if I could fingerprint myself, and they confirmed it. I completed a couple of 258 forms using this kit, and it was incredibly easy to use. My fingerprints came out clear, and I didn't even use all the ink strips they provided. I suggest having someone assist you in keeping the form in place because it's easy to get ink everywhere. Alternatively, make sure to clean each finger with wet wipes immediately after taking the print. The ink comes off your fingers very easily.

I used this for an NFA Transfer. Excellent kit. I used two cards as practice, ink washes off pretty easily. Recommended!

We never used it. Gave it away to a friend. I'm sure it did what it says it does. We will never know who broke the mug. ;\

ATF Form 1
I used this kit to submit prints for my ATF Form 1 for an SBR and was surprised how easy it was to do my own prints. There are some good YouTube videos that help guide you through how to fill out the form before adding your prints to it. Sent them in and got my tax stamp in two weeks! Perfect!
