I purchased the Microsoft keyboard and mouse combo for home use after having a great experience with it at work, and I couldn't be happier with the decision! Mouse: supports up to 3 devices—2 via Bluetooth and 1 using a dongle. I find the dongle feature particularly convenient, as it allows any laptop to be connected through the dock and work seamlessly. The battery life is also impressive, providing long-lasting performance. Keyboard: very comfortable and quiet to use. I've been using it nearly every day for a couple of years, and haven't had to change the battery yet—its battery life is exceptional. The layout is fantastic, especially with the separate number pad and adequately spaced arrow keys, making it highly functional and user-friendly. I'd recommend it.

The keyboard is slim and feels quality, the mouse is comfortable and fast. It is exactly the solution that I had hoped for as I use three different devices on the daily. Initially I was a little disappointed that there's a dongle required for one of the three channels, however you're going to be thankful of that dongle if you ever need to access your BIOS! Ordered in May 2024, so I have been using it for just over 4 months with no problems at all. It's a lovely keyboard and mouse, aesthetically and to use, I couldn't have been happier. The keys are soft touch, it was all going so well. Until this morning, the keyboard and mouse will not work, the batteries have been changed, the USB link setting is on (which is how I have always used it), I have tried a few different USB ports to ensure it was the USB link and not the port. I have tried another PC/laptop to also ensure it isn't that which is at fault, all with no joy. I'm disappointing having paid a hefty price for a keyboard and mouse which has stopped working after 4 months of use! Surely this is still under the manufacturers warranty?

First of all the keyboard and mouse are clearly of good quality as you’d expect with Dell. No idea on battery duration yet as I’ve only had if for a month or so. Typing is quieter than my previous keyboard, but the mouse is no quieter than any other. Both feel good to use though. My only issue with this kit is the so called Bluetooth connectivity where you can change channel to use multiple devices without moving the USB connection. This seems sporadic and only connects for limited periods of time resulting in stopping and restarting Bluetooth services on the connected device. It’s easier just to move the USB plug in and save on faff.

The box was already opened and looked like this was a recently returned item however the keyboard and mouse still had its original connection stickers and labels on it. The keyboard looks aesthetically pleasing and is comfortable to use. The tactile feedback from the keyboard is superb and allows you to type quicker due to the shortened key travel - a bit like a mac keyboard. Mouse is comfortable and smooth. Plugged in the dongle and the computer instantly recognised the mouse and keyboard but I still have not been able to connect my phone as a second device yet. Would definitely recommend this item for someone who wants something that both looks nice and performs flawlessly.

Good product, easily installed

The keys are not actually QWERTY as advertised or as displayed on the keys. A lot of the punctuation symbols actually follow the French keyboard outlay and it took me a long time to figure this out and how to use the @ as it is not what is displayed on the keys themself!

Top quality from Dell and very ergonomic, both the keyboard and the mouse

The keyboard and mouse are of truly excellent quality. They work as they should. I don't use them for gaming, so I can't comment on latency, but for me, they're a premium product. It's a shame the keyboard isn't backlit.
