I've used them the past five years for small engine equipment repairs, car repairs, appliances, etc. They grip securely without stripping, won't come off the ratchet without pushing the quick release, and have stood up attached to breaker bars, power tools, even my impact wrenches (before i learned you're not supposed to do that.) Lifetime warranty if they ever do break I've never had that problem. Nice that the sets do not skip sizes. You always know you have the one you need. They come in a great case with metal hinge pins that won't break on you after a few years like other plastic cases. The pins can be pushed out so you can separate the case into trays to fit your tool cabinet if you wish. I'm positive these sockets will outlive me.
