like the taste, would order again
Love this almond meal as it's truly ground almonds so easy to substitute for flour if you are baking gluten free. I only wish a smaller quantity was available as this may last longer than I'm able to use it up.

Almond MEAL, not flour (if that's what you need!)
The almond meal was just what my recipe called for. Texture was good, it was fresh and seems of good quality.

Good Company, rough first product impression.
This taste like lead. Not sure if I got a bad bag but I genuinely can't use it because it taste like metal so much. Edit: Company stood by their product and offered to send another and refund if it weren't good on the 2nd go around. Had to update this review to let folks know that they are solid folks and stand by their product.

Unfriendly package
Good Product, flavor and texture. However Side pour spout was difficult to access and messy pouring into a measuring cup.

Very finely ground almonds
These are the consistency of very finely ground almonds. The exact type that I want for making Russian tea cakes. They came out great this year.

Keep looking locally
This is what I needed for a recipe and OK. I had not readily found in a local grocery store, as I am new here. I later found it easily at Trader Joe's and another local grocery store for MUCH less! Keep looking locally before you buy this.
