As anticipated, the cushions expanded great and the couch is quite comfortable! It is firm, but not bad, I fall asleep often being so comfortable. It looks great and was worth the price. Would buy again if given the choice.Received the produced 3 days after ordering. It comes shipped in two boxes, got them delivered separately over two days, was very easy to put together. The cushions come vacuum sealed and expand over time. It is pretty firm after they all expand but is comfortable. Good quality for the price. The color is as pictured and ended up matching my loveseat almost perfectly. So far it seems pretty sturdy. Perfect for a small apartment

This product is very nice given the price. The material used is good and very durable. It is very easy to assemble and take apart which is perfect for moving up and down small staircases. It ships in separate boxes and mine didn't arrive the same day so I would make sure you wait to get both boxes before starting assembly. The pillows are all shrink wrapped and take about a day to fully develop into size (however one pillow took a month. It is a pretty sectional to look at and very functional space wise. I would also recommend keeping the back against a wall as you can see the connections from the back of the couch. It is a firmer seat but if you want and easy, cheap and smaller sectional for your room I would recommend.

This couch is amazing. It took about 15 minutes to put together myself, and it fits perfectly in my first apartment. Great for small spaces. I was worried the cushions would be wrinkly per other reviews, but they aren't at all, they came out of the vacuum sealed bag in perfect shape. They are a bit flat but this doesn't bother me. This definitely works best for those living alone or just with one other person, as it's not very big. But it's perfect for me! It's firm but personally I prefer a more firm couch, but truly it's not that bad and the added ottoman helps make it more comfortable. It's good for the price, and works for what it needs to do.

Its a great couch but becomes a little lumpy over time. Ive had this over a year.It is cheaply made but good price for a couch if you refuse to buy secondhand and need something on the cheaper side. I like that you can detach part of it to be an ottomanUpdate: been even longer and this couch is still trudging on. Looks very worn but its doing okay haha

For the price this couch is WELL worth the money. I was very skeptical because I purchased a "box" couch before and was unhappy with it, but I now live on the second floor and was not able to fit a standard couch through the entrance. So I had to resort to this. I spent alot of time choosing what couch and decided on this one.I received both boxes the next day I ordered it and putting it together was a breeze. The couch is firm but comfortable (I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to comfort). It is not huge (think loveseat) but it is a good size and not to my standards considered "miniature" as some box couches are.**PLEASE NOTE that the cushions for the seats may not expand all the way, HOWEVER all I did was take a blow dryer and warm up the foam inside and it worked very well! The cushions are almost perfect now!Overall an EXCELLENT buy for the money. I highly recommend this couch!!**I was not endorsed or received anything free in exchange for my review.

This couch was easy to put together, the price was great. It was well packaged in 2 boxes and no damage. It arrived quickly after ordering and was pretty easy to put together. For a 300 dollar couch it looks good and is a great option for our kids in their basement space. I gave 4 stars for the comfort because the cushions are short and not as full as I would like. Certainly a good option for small spaces.

Husband took a job out of state and we needed to furnish his new apartment quick and cheap. It's a $250 couch, but according to him better than expected. It obviously doesn't compare to the $2,500 couch in our home. You get what you pay for and this is a simple, comfy for the price couch. I like the detached ottoman. I bought a tray for it. We are slowly furnishing his temporary apartment and bought this for my future visit.If you're buying this expecting Ashley like quality you will be disappointed. He said it was easy to assemble and is happy with it. We hesitated buying it because of the frequent return warning. For $250 we took the risk and it worked out. Would we purchase this couch for our main home? No, but for an out of state apartment it's perfect. He is a simple man and the TV costs twice what the couch did lol. Priorities.I think it looks nice for the price point. Perfect for an apartment.

Absolute garbage - gave my wife and I severe back pain after sitting in this for 30 mins. Was easy to assemble and initially we thought it was alright, not the most comfy but okay. But after sitting in the chaise section for 30 mins i got the worst back pain and so did my wife. Absolutely do not recommend. I will be taking this straight to the trash and dumping it. The Chaise section cushioning has flattened and become lumpy within 1 month if infrequent useZERO STARs.

Sofa arrived on time. I contacted the Customer Support Team because one of the parts arrived with a small defect. They were very responsive, and sent a replacement for that part immediately. I am happy with the sofa and happy with the service.

I read about American's buying this for under $500. It's not terrible but it is not what I expected There is no way I'm boxing this up and trying to send it back. It is worth $500 maybe even $700 but $1400 for this I could of gotten one from the brick for 1/2 the price I just set this thing up just now so maybe it will grow on me I do not hate it but I do not love it
