does this come with a countdown calendar to open each day. Can you include a picture of the calendar

This is pulled from Mattel's release page on this product. 
Count down the holiday season with the Barbie® Color Reveal™ Advent Calendar -- kids will love unboxing the 25 daily surprises. On day 1, start the reveal experience by removing the inner tube and unscrewing the top, then pull out a Barbie® doll covered from head to toe in a Color Reveal™ metallic blue coating with snowflakes! Over the next 24 days, kids can open a different door to reveal a new surprise.
There is not a release picture of the doors that the surprises are behind, and it is a sealed product, but if you look in the bottom right of the picture on the listing that includes the full front of the box, you can see a sketch of the inside of the box. It looks like the 24 openings have pictures instead of numbers. This would seem to be confirmed by Mattel's release page that states, "The packaging adds to the fun -- each peelable panel that hides the surprises can be used to create a mini winter wonderland village that Barbie® doll can play in. Use the package fold-down pieces to create a snowy scene with snow-capped mountains, pine trees and animal friends!"

Question 2

Are all of the dolls and colors the same in this advent calendar?  Or if ordering more than one can the “reveal” Barbies be different?

I am not 100% sure but I believe the doll that is in the front of the package is the doll that is inside.  There is one doll, one pet and other surprises.  Hope that helps.
