Works really good but the fumes are horrendous. I got them for to have for in-field emergency soldering jobs which they are perfect for, but beware of the noxious-smelling fumes.

Look terrible like frozen glue. But it work fine. Label is badly glue on tube. Exp next year

A while back I was obsessively searching for the best deal on tacky flux and found this pack. Not only is it the best deal, it's also the best flux I've tried in my years of soldering. The new formula is a mixed blessing, in that it's a bit more cloudy and opaque compared to the clear liquid in the previous version. That can make it difficult to see what you're soldering if you're like me and drown baby pins in flux. So it kinda teaches you to use less flux, which makes it last longer; if you want to put that spin on it. On the other hand it works just as well .. and smells like maple syrup... so the pros outweigh the cons. If they can make it smell delicious and look clear, it will be a two fisted knockout.

This is the best flux that I have found. It works well for a variety of uses and I find it critical for use with low temperature solders such as Sn42/Bi57.6/Ag0.4. It works very well for TSSOP soldering. I also use this flux for difficult desoldering/removal tasks such as removing NVRAM from Tektronix oscilloscopes (along with the aid of a SnBi low temperature alloy).
