PD and acne sufferer’s!
So I purchased this because of how many people I’ve seen suffering from perioral, periorificial dermatitis. It’s been less than 24 hours. Says that it’s not meant for rosacea which PD is in the family of it. Well, I’m here to tell you that if you’re suffering from PD, this may help you. So far so good. My PD seems less visible today. I haven’t been using moisturizer and only a serum on my PD from Amperna. Drying it out first seems to be the best route. I’ve seen people on here say that it just stays oily on their skin..well if you read the directions, it clearly states to rinse off after 10 minutes or however long you’re able to keep on. IT’S NOT A MOISTURIZER, BUT BASICALLY A MASK! My product came with the correct label and sealed so I’m glad I’m not one of the unlucky ones on here with that issue. I also suffer from cystic acne, not severe, and it seems to decrease my stubborn bumps that just sit there for a long time as they heal. The smell isn’t THAT BAD. I’m a respiratory therapist and I have to nebulize MucoMyst which smells similar, just stronger. The smell of this stuff seems to be more intense after it’s washed off. That is sulfur for you though..buy a sulfur product, you’ll get a sulfur smell. Not much you can do about it, and synthetic fragrances often irritate skin. This is the price I will pay if it means I can have my PD free skin back! Will update later on to see if this is my holy grail like other PD sufferers.

Works great for scabies
I ride the bus everywhere and periodically get infected with scabies or other skin ailments. Have tried all the home remedies and prescriptions. Forget about Neem oil. It stinks and soaks into your clothes, bed sheets and pillow cases. Not worth the trouble. Tea tree oil? Nope! Hydrogen peroxide? Nope! Clove or peppermint oil? Ain't happening. Vicks vapor rub works slightly. This 10%Sulphur ointment does the job. I noticed a 90% reduction of them critters crawling around on me, a few hours after applying it. Smells sorta like burnt gunpowder. While the smell is noticeable, it doesn't bother me at all. This product is pure gold. Wish I had found out about it, years ago. Five gold stars and a big thumbs up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

Works SO good, smells SO bad
I am the type of person to pick at my face, and this is my go-to after doing such- it drains blemishes better than any pimple patch I’ve used. HOWEVER, the smell of sulfur is strong and I recommend changing your pillow case to an old one, because the scent does linger. If you can stand the smell, this is an amazing product that I will continue to swear by!

Works really well, doesn't irritate sensitive skin
I'm dealing with menopausal acne, and this has actually replaced all of my products other than cleanser and moisturizer. I have very sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate my face at all. It does have a strong medicinal aroma, so I usually wash my face and apply 10-15 minutes before taking my shower, which rinses it off completely.

The review you’re looking for
First of all, I wasn’t paid to leave this review. I purchased this in the nick of time. I had 3 painful cystic pimples show up the day my order arrived. I followed the instructions and washed my face, put a thin layer over the areas I wanted to cover, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, and washed it off. Upon applying, there is minimal odor but a warm sensation. It’s really creamy and a little goes a long way! After a few days my cystic pimples came to a head and the pain is almost gone. This is the only thing (other than icing and warm compresses) that’s helped. I’ve sent countless dermatologists and bought every regimen you can think of. 10/10 recommend. PS, I haven’t noticed any drying out so far, but I’m also using cetaphil lotion.

Worked initially, but then gave me more Acne!
I have been battling with fungal acne for a long time. It all started when I was taking antibiotics for acne. At first the antibiotics were working very well, and my acne was starting to subside, but after a few months on the antibiotics my skin started to get very bumpy and scaly all over. I had no idea what was going on and then when I went to the dermatologist, she prescribed me more antibiotics which just exacerbated the problem. I decided to take matters into my own hands, and after much research I decided on nizoral. It worked for awhile and calmed everything down, but the FA started to come back. Then after watching Dr. Dray on youtube (I just noticed this sounds just like dr dre), I decided to get this sulfur treatment since it is so cheap and I see the many positive reviews. It initially was working very well, and when I felt my forehead it actually felt very smooth after a few uses. I was on cloud nine because I found something the works and the fungus won't develop a resistance to. but after awhile I started breaking out in more itchy red bumps. I think it might have given me contact dermititis becuase it is not as easy to wash off as you would think. Also, it smells really bad at first, but after using it for a week I didn't really notice the smell. Anyways, after more research I found something else that has really calmed down my FA which is zinc pyrithione which was also recommened by Dr. Dray. After doing more research I think the perfect solution is Dr. Eddies' Happy Cappy Shampoo which can be found here: https://amzn.to/37ULFi5. After a few weeks of using this solution, my bumps have greatly disappeared and it doesn't burn and dry out my skin like the sulfur did.

Works wonders for my Rosacea!
I use this on my face for Rosacea as needed, and it works wonders (your mileage may vary). Am of Irish decent, and we are known for it, well, at least in my case, this is the solution. Don't color me red, color me HAPPY!

HELPS WITH MASKNE
I heard about this stuff from an esthetician on TikTok and figured why not give it a try. For the price, it is SO worth it. Imagine your face looks like the back side of a crunch candy bar, but red and swollen and irritated as HECK. Then you open this jar, and inside there's yellow paste that smells like sulfur straight out of the mine. I was so skeptical at first, but I put this stuff on and almost INSTANTLY my cyst looking zits that caused me physical pain began shrinking. Irritation is down. Pain is down. This stuff is the acne cream of miracles and my wildest dreams. SHE'S SO WORTH IT.
