I’m a ups driver in SC, and the summers here are extremely hot and humid. Makes not having AC in those trucks even more difficult. This stuff has helped me from getting heat related illness since I started drinking it. I suggest it to everyone at my job. Lemon is really good. Had to order grape while it was out and it must’ve been old or something bc it made the water look brown. Order lemon in bulk just in case lol

This is an easy quick good tasting way to get some needed vitamins, minerals and electrolytes. Take it first thing in the morning or during the day when you are dragging for a quick healthy non caffeine uplift. It comes in travel friendly packets!

I had used this product for a few years and loved it (and wrote a glowing review for Amazon). But then they changed the formula - and I hate it now. The taste is awful and sickingly sweet, and when you add the powder to water, a thick foam is created that takes forever to dissolve. I am going back to the Trace brand.

I started having symptoms of low estrogen and low cortisol essentially causing hormonal issues (night sweats, low energy, etc.). I read that electrolytes could be the issue and that I should focus on that. b6 as well as thiamine supplements could help also which this supplement has. 2 weeks in and I only had 1 minor night sweat (compared to 6 night a week) and finally have energy to finish my day strong and with mental acuity. I will continue to buy.
