So I bought these before as I had problems with my knees and had great improvement with my knees along side doing knee exercises, but it was only when I came off them to use a much more expensive version I had seen advertised as the best thing in the world by athletes on Facebook that my knees started to feel bad again. After about 2 months i went back to using these along side a turmeric tablet (nutrition geeks) and I am back playing football twice a week, which I haven’t been able to do for the last 2 years. I recommend these along side the turmeric tablet to my brother who has trouble with his ankle, he’s been doing so for a few months and started playing tennis again but went away for work for 2 weeks and didn’t pack them and has really felt the difference of not taking them as his pain has started to come back. I really rate these and I’ve messed about with supplements for years but felt a great improvement with them. You must stay consistent and I felt that although it has turmeric and black pepper it worked better alongside another hit of it. Give it 2-3 month. Its one if those which you won’t notice until you stop using it and it’s such a gradual improvement that you don’t notice how vast it is

It has taken a couple of weeks to feel the benefit, but joints are easier in general. I like the fact you can break the capsules open and sprinkle the powder onto food - it tastes tangy but if you have trouble swallowing capsules this is a great way to take them. All in all a good product and is better than the glucosamine and chondroitin only that I was taking

Never tried any supplements before as didn’t believe they would work. I started a new job in Feb and after 25 years of being on my feet, my knees have really started giving me problems with sitting at a desk all day. I had to try something so after reading the reviews here I gave these a go. I swear within a week, 80% of my discomfort was gone. I am amazed at how effective they are with some cod liver oil tablets.
