We have a community garden in the Scottish Highlands and have started to use cordless power tools. Having considered all the options, we opted for the Einhell system. The first purchase was the twin pack of this 3.0Ah battery along with the charger. The fits thing that was noted was the weight of the batteries. They were heavier than expected but this suggested higher quality. If a battery is very light, it won't last long, as a rule. The construction is very high end and they are so simple to charge and understand. There are clear, well defined lights which indicate the charge levels and I like the button on each battery which you can press to see exactly the amount of charge in any battery. There are also wall mounting recesses on the base, which is a useful touch. After one charge from new, the batteries were used on the GE-HH 18/45 telescopic hedge cutter. One battery provided 40 minutes of almost continuous use and was then fully charged again in about an hour. That sort of performance, from the mid range power output battery, is very acceptable.

This one seems to be working at the moment. The previous one stopped working after a year and I have been unable to get a refund from the supplier - CJR Wholesale ltd.

Excellent, long lasting batteries. Easy to charge and add to my rotavator. Slightly pricey with the charger needed which I did not realise on first purchase. My own fault for not reading properly.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Einhell Power X‑Change Starter‑Kit (2 × 4 Ah). Die Akkus liefern ordentlich Power, halten lange und sind mit all unseren Power‑X‑Change-Geräten kompatibel – ein echter Vorteil, wenn man bereits weiteres Einhell-Werkzeug oder Gartengeräte nutzt. Der Twin‑Lader ist super praktisch: Er lädt beide Akkus parallel, sodass man nicht warten muss, bis einer voll ist. Das spart Zeit und ist sehr effizient. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Ladezeit mit etwa 75 Minuten (laut Angabe) etwas lang sein kann, wenn man beide Akkus gleichzeitig nutzt und schnell weitermachen will. Trotzdem ist das Kit für uns ein sehr guter Einstieg in das Akkusystem von Einhell – ideal, wenn man flexibel und kabellos arbeiten oder gärtnern möchte. Fazit: Top Starter-Set mit leistungsstarken und langlebigen Akkus – sehr gut für Heimwerker oder Gartenliebhaber, die bereits auf das Power‑X‑Change-System setzen.
