Thank you for your question. The only baseball style cap we offer uses an adjustable strap. The fitted column on the size chart indicates the equivalent range this hat can adjust to.

What type of fabric is use here? titanrf faraday fabric?

We use RadiArmor Shielding made with 99.9% pure silver. Most faraday fabrics, including ours, are made using a combination of copper and nickel to keep costs down, but they are not well suited for clothing. Silver is more expensive but can be made thinner and more breathable. Silver also offers better anti-bacterial properties.

How big is the emblem?

It's approximately an inch tall.

What kind of material, (polyester, cotton) is the front quarter of the inner liner made of that touches the forehead?

The stiffener in the front quarter panel are made of Oxford polyester.
