Amazing sound. Small form factor. Im still learning it, but I can say the sound that this thing produces is incredible. Have it plugged in to two Kali Audio IN-5 and i couldn't be happier.

I was upgrading from the Apollo Solo because I use amp sims which use a lot of DSP which was limiting my work flow. Having 2 DSP chips per Unison input works fantastic and I can now use my 8 channels ADAT preamps. I still use the Solo for remote work where I am using all battery power.

Here is what they don't tell you, but is implied on in the marketing and forums. No, this cannot power a SM7B without something like the Cloudlifter. I have seen plenty of post saying otherwise. It's not true. No it is not powerful enough to power your Beyerdynamic 250ohm headphones even though the manual tells you that the maximum is 300ohms. This is specifically for "Mastered" music. So no matter what you see on youtube, the forums etc. it's not true. Those two things were pretty disappointing for the amount of money you spend for this interface. Other than that, being able to record with no latency is great, the plugins are great and it can also be used for you live vocals. This is really the biggest selling point for me after learning this for live vocal effects. So, for headphones, get the 80 ohm's or lower. You will need a cloudlifter for your SM7B.

This device boosted the music on a whole new level and I love the plug-ins that comes with this device. Would definitely recommend.
