Is this good to help prevent diatom blooms and other new tank syndrome issues

Diatom will happen, more or less diatom may be because of many other factors like too much food or left out food. Cleaning and vacuuming gravel required will help.

Is it ok to automatic daily dose with automatic dosing machine, or does the bottle have to be shaken prior to the dosing make this a bad idea?

Purchased microbacter clean 250ml on 2-23-22. i received 2 bottles of "chaetogro" with a sticker on them saying "microbacter clean". what gives?

This is a shipping error (obviously) from whomever shipped the product to you. I would recommend that you return it as the wrong product and get a replacement. ChaetoGro and Microbacter Clean are nothing like each other.
