QualGear 100-Inch Fixed Frame Projector Screen, 16: 9 High Contrast Gray at 0.9 Gain (Qg-PS-Ff6-169-100-G)

I install ht for a living. I installed many screens from the $500 range to the $3000 range. This screen really impressed me for the money. The build quality is better then the elite screens that cost a couple hundred more, the picture quality it’s great, it assembled easy. It has a method for wall mounting that unlike any other screen I have installed before. I has basically 4 key holes on the back which it’s a little awkward to get on but it hold the top and the bottom to the wall really well. You can’t get a better screen for the money.

This is my first projector setup, so I went with the cheapest screen I could find. I’m pleasantly surprise by the quality of the picture. It was easy to put it together. Due to the size of my room I couldn’t lay the screen flat on the floor, so one of the corner has a small wrinkle. But it’s not distracting at all to me. As you can see the room is very bright during the day. I can still was a game no problem with the Epson 5050ub at 15’ awayon high power mode. But it is not possible to watch dark scenes. Since this is not a ALR screen this is expected. Night time it really make the image pop.

Great quality screen! Looks fantastic with my new projector. Directions were pretty easy to follow. The last two steps are a little tricky. Make sure the rod stays centered in the pockets and you don't end up with it sticking out one side more than the other. Getting the center support bar in place if VERY difficult. The manual recommends two people and that is absolutely a good suggestion. I have a good amount of muscle on me, so I was able to muscle it into place on my own, but I agree it would have been a lot easier with two people. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say about this product. It is well made, fairly light, pretty easy to assemble and mount.

Got the high contrast gray screen to replace my existing gray screen. Really happy with this screen. It is very uniform, meaning no hotspots anywhere. There were some small wrinkles on one edge when I unwrapped it, but they are not visible at all from my seating position. It actually turned out to be really easy to install. I was able to put it all together (including the center bar) and mount it onto my wall all by myself. The center bar just took some pulling on one edge of the screen while pushing the bar in place. Mounting the screen was simple with a couple of chairs to keep the screen in position.

I shopped around a lot for screens for my UST (Ultra short throw) projector. This one was a great deal for the price and does not disappoint. The picture quality is fantastic and setting it up was simple and easy.

Screen looks great. Picture is fantastic...easy to assemble once with the correct tools. I took one star off because the Allen key wrench was the incorrect size for the bolts supplied. Not a problem for me because I tons of tools, but if someone does not have full sets of hex drives playing around then that would be an issue. Otherwise screen is easy to assemble. And the picture looks great.

I have has this screen up for a few months now and it appears to look as good as new. It was easy to assemble although I recommend doing it with two people. There has not been any sagging of the screen it's still tight. Excellent product for the price.

Package came very well packed, nothing missing, nothing scratched or dented. Some extra screws and tension snaps included. No creases in cloth after stretching to the frame. Stretching the cloth was easy following the numbering guide in the instructions. The manual doesn't show every snap to do in order, but once you get past the ones that are listed you just following the same order going around the frame. The center bar wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I put on some decent leather work gloves and just aligned the bar to the center, grabbed the frame on either side of the bar with with my fingers then simultaneously pulled with the frame toward me while pushing the center bar with my thumbs to cause the frame to snap into place within the frame. I wouldn't suggest doing this without protective gloves, you would NOT want to have the bar snap on bare fingers. Alternatively you can try to slide it in at an angle as some Youtube videos show. I felt confident with the heavy leather gloves to keep my fingers from getting pinched on the final bar placement. I hung the 135" frame from the basement ceiling with ratcheting ropes that clipped to the provided frame mounting brackets. Perfect, great quality and value

Very happy with the screen. Packed well and was surprisingly easy to assemble, took our time and it took about an hour. I got the 135" screen and I have a 4k BenQ projector, the picture quality is fantastic. I spent quite a while searching screen options prior to making this purchase and I'm happy that I decided on this screen.

The screen was a lot lighter than expected and very easy to setup by myself with some basic tools. Bracket installation on the wall was a bit tricky, but nothing that double checking your measurements and placement a few times couldn't solve. Picture is crystal clear, and the gray colour helped make the image show up in the room where it was installed better than a white screen would have due to lighting conditions.

Easy to build, working great.

Amazing screen. Easy to install but do need 2 people to hang it on the wall. I just used the top brackets and used gorilla tapenat the bottom to make it flush with the wall. Using the screen compared to the wall without a screen is such a huge difference. I would highly recommend this screen.
