I did not get the Remote Control and the Spare Bulb

Great product however one of the bulbs isn't working. Should have been quality checked. Now can't find a replacement.

Great product and the plastic bulbs are pretty convenient. However it was said the be dimmable, it is not dimmable and there wasnt any extra / spare bulbs. Where to order spare ones if required?
