Macinino resistente e ultra performante. C'è poco da dire, Comandante è sempre una garanzia. Lo uso principalmente per macinare tostature molto chiare, che spesso anche con altri macininini manuali di alta gamma sono risultate faticose da macinare. Con questo non ho avuto problemi nemmeno con i caffè etiopi o kenioti più densi e duri. Ci vuole poco tempo anche a macinare per espresso, nonostante credo sia indispensabile usare la modifica red clikx per riuscire ad ottenere buoni risultati, vista la differenza di granulometria relativamente importante tra uno scatto e l'altro. Resta ad ogni modo uno dei migliori macinini per caffè percolati e infusi. Macinatura precisa e con un ottima distribuzione granulometrica.

Good quality, but expensive. Little bit slow grinding, but coffee seems to be more uniformly grinded.
