This is my favorite high protien soup. It is easy to prepare, delicious and very filling.

This tastes really good. It is creamy and full of flavor. I am on a bariatric surgery pre-op liquid diet. This chicken soup is very satisfying. The consistency is pwrfect. Its not too thick or too thin. The portion is perfect to be full. And the smell is great! I highly recommend this soup.

For what it is, it isn't bad. I can't taste the whey which is wonderful. I bought it on sale and definitely wouldn't pay full price. But, it's easy to get down quickly, lol.

So I waa skeptical due to reading some reviews but yummmm-O! No issues dissolving it in hot water. Thickens nicely while I waited the couple of minutes it recommended. And it tastes VERY good! Will absolutely get this again! 70 calories too! 🥳🤩

I am on a liquid only protein diet right now. I have been doing protein shakes for days. When I made this soup last night, it tasted heavenly. It was a fabulous way to get the protein and switch up the taste from the sweet protein shakes. I was worried because I'd heard horror stories of how sometimes protein will gel up in a hot mix. Since I was aware this can happen, I microwaved the water, but did not take it to boiling. It was hot though. I followed directions and mixed the powder in with a fork. It does take a bit of whisking for it to stir in completely. It says to wait two minutes after stirring before consuming. I think that might let any undissolved powder become dissolved. I was pleasantly surprised with both the taste and texture. I felt like I was somehow cheating on the diet because it seemed like "real food". I will admit, I was imagining it had noodles in it. It was a nice creamy consistency and had just the right about of spices and flavor. I did not get any weird protein taste from it and it didn't have any aftertaste. Now remember, I had been having just protein shakes for 7 days already. If you are on a pizza eating, have whatever you want type diet and think this is going to be a fantastic meal, you may have a different opinion. However, if you are working on a high protein diet and are focusing on healthy, low calorie, high protein options, I think this Creamy Chicken Soup Mix is really quite ideal. You're getting 15 grams of protein and only 80 calories per serving. My only complaint - the price. It works out to about $1.60/cup. In reality though, I guess a protein shake is similarly priced.

If you're salt sensitive PLEASE be careful! I mixed the packet with 8 oz of water. I now understood when people say having a heart attack feels like an elephant standing on your chest...waited a week due to fear. Mixed it with 16 oz of water; felt that fuzzy feeling associated with hypertension. If you have hypertension or sensitive to sodium you will have to dilute it which then defeats the purpose of having. Due to cost...I will have to just cook with hit as a stock. Not worth the fear of my heart giving out on me. Overall, taste great. Dilute, dilute, dilute.

3 days post op gastric bypass and on a liquid diet that required me to keep up my protein intake. With minimal options available, I decided to try this company. I am impressed. I would say taste is 4/5 but I gave it 5/5 for the overall product and how it incorporates protein into the diet without tasting awful. Love that is is a small serving size too because that’s all I can handle. This is a staple for the next few weeks for my lunches.
