Nice looking works well
Works well and looks so nice have bought the matching toaster also I found the instructions a little complicated but could just be my brain lol went on YouTube and found better explanations so no big deal

Extremely difficult to pour water from carafe into holding tank
I have a Smeg 4-slice toaster and milk frother. Both look great and deliver on promise. I was so disappointed with this coffee machine. It looked great, but a functional disaster. First, the coffee pot spot is so small that the lid must be taken off to fill with water, not a big deal. But the lid on the machine doesn't open sufficiently to easily water into the small water tank opening. This design is so compromised that final water in the carafe simply cannot be emptied into the tank by a typical owner. I could not. I hope they redesign this product because otherwise, I'm a Smeg fan.
