Morphy Richards 45 RCSS LuxeChef Stainless Steel Body Oven Toaster Griller (OTG) with Illuminated Chamber, Convection and Rotisserie Function, Gold/Matte Black- 45 Liters,1800 Watts

got this oven today...its looks good...but with all morphy richards oven the temperatures are off...mine was off by 30 degrees so anyone buying this please buy an oven thermometer also or ask the morphy richard technician to calibrate it....also it makes a tik tik sound when you change the temperature but what i understand its normal. will update after further use. so as of today 28th july returning the product...first day the oven preheated full range which was 250...but today which is 28th july oven only preheating at 230....and to get to 180 degrees i had to preheat at between 200 to 210 degrees...to check the oven. Placed a vessel of water and the temperature dropped to 160 degrees which is normal when you open an oven...some amount of temperature will go down but it never ever came back to 180 degrees..when you preheat an oven at a certain temperature it is also supposed to cook at same temperature whatever little i understood from techinicians as i own another morphy richards 52 litre oven so know that and have asked some people who study at catering schools...had morphy richards technician also look at it if they could rectify the problem but that didn't work either...so at least with the oven i purchased the temperatures are off...like you wouldn't really know what temperature you actually baking at....is it 180 or 160 ..also there was a small dent on top of oven....had also ordered 60 litre same brand which came in horrible condition. Big dent. above all handling home appliances is a conversation for another time...3 ovens at 3 returns because all dented...my luck i guess. ordered this new model of morphy richards...45 litre and 60 litre .....all came in damanged condition..had to return the first one as packing was all torn and no company box....and 45 and 60 litre story i have mentioned above...so good luck to anyone purchasing it...i guess its all a gamble ...may work for some and may not for some...my experience so far has only been buying oven 3 times and all i am doing sending it back or calling for replacements and returns....not even got down to baking. however it is a good looking product ...if you are into looks please go for it...if you actually bake then best of luck.

Overall product is good and i don't want to waste time and energy to get that replaced. It has small scratches inside but it is not going impact on the performance so i accepted the same.

Totally worth it I was very sceptical about the product after seeing the reviews but to be very honest it is just perfect and it's very easy and practical to use, and cleaning is also perfect, used it to bake cakes and cookies totally worth it.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with this product and the seller. I ordered the item with high hopes, but unfortunately, I received a poor-quality product not once, but twice! The first time, I thought it might be an isolated incident, but when the second product turned out to be just as bad, it was clear there was an issue. The return process was another nightmare. Not only did I have to go through the hassle of returning the defective items, but the refund process was excessively delayed. It took far longer than it should have, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before ordering from this seller. The quality of their products is questionable, and the return and refund process is time-consuming and arduous. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from this seller altogether.

This otg is not proper working .l think company should give demo once.

This product is aesthetically beautiful. The one reason for the 2 star rating is the missing bake mode. For most baking; the heat must be from the bottom rods. In this model, there is no way to switch ON the bottom rod without also having the top rod ON. This is not helpful for many dish because having the top rod ON for baking 1) waste of power 2) makes the food dry 3) burns the top of the food even before it is completed. I also expected the product to have a good manual clearly explaining thr product features. As usual it had the least impressive manual that I have seen in many years and complelty unexpected for a product that is marketed as a luxury product. No cook book, no kebab skewres. Not sure why something presented as a luxury product doesn't not have even basic stuff. Last but not the least - Product is made in China. I loved the beauty of it and this is just another example where " Beauty is'nt about having a pretty face, it always is about pretty mind, heart and soul'.
