No drops came out, had to rig it, manufactured malfunction
It seems to me that Gya Labs is a great quality brand that can be trusted and although I still like them, to someone new to essential oils it would be a real bummer to have the experience I did with the dropper - hence 4 stars not 5. I have bought 3 oils from Gya Labs within the last 5 months and all have been great except this one. The dropper malfunctioned and nothing would come out and even with my husband’s help and various tools - paper clip, etc. Finally I figured out the hole was manufactured incorrectly and had to break off the sealed portion where the drops were actually supposed to come out. Now it works, but after much frustration, and loss of the precious oil I paid for. Hopefully this was just a one-off error. Want to make Gya Labs and others aware!

My skin loves this oil
I blend a few drops of this oil with a cream I use for bedtime and I can really tell the difference in the morning. My face always feels softer and so smooth afterwards.

Works Well But...
This product works well, but the inner dropper plug is terrible. I tipped the bottle, shock it, and waited patiently for the oil to come out, and it didn't. So, I had to remove it. Unfortunately, this also contaminates the oil and shortens the shelf life. I might consider trying this brand one more time. If the issue is the same, then I will switch to another brand. Overall, this oil works well. I will change the review if the next bottle works.

I’m Not Sure
I’m not 100% sure what this oil supposed to smell like. It does smell like it might be going rancid… Maybe? It certainly does not want to come out of the bottle. It is very difficult, too thick, to get out of the bottle. I’m not sure I should use it.

I didn’t like the smell of the oil but I didn’t buy it for the smell, it’s fantastic for the facial skin. Fights fine lines and brightness up the skin too. It’s a great oil!

I am new to essential oils ..I like the smell but the oil was not coming out through the nozzle.So I had to put some holes .Otherwise great oil.
