my pool ladder is 1 3/4" Diameter, will these fit?

I went by the dimensions on inside of my ladder

Do these fit snug against a 1.9" ladder rail? I bought some from another company, and they are a 2.5'' diameter, and would fit sloppy.

My swimming pool ladder poles are thirty-eight years old and measured just under 2" O.D., TonGass ladder rails fit perfectly and are nice and snug.
