It has been extremely protective and it is very convenient to be able to toss my iPad on the couch or passengers seat and not worry about anything happening to it. I took the plastic screen protector off and replaced it with a paper feel protector, which worked flawlessly. The only con is the weight, which is roughly the same as the iPad. This, to me, is a worthy sacrifice for the protection it provides while also having a metal stand. The main reason I’m compelled to write a review a year later is their great customer service. A couple of weeks ago, the hard plastic frame of the case cracked. I attempted to fix it, but made it worse. I sent customer support a picture and my order number they replaced immediately, no run around. Fantastic.
