How do i know i'm getting the 2.0 & not an older version from amazon? does it specify 2.0 on the label?

The regular JYM belongs to bodybuilding.com. They actually own the rights to JYM Thats why bodybuilding.com is the only ones that sell regular JYM.. like always, theres a story to it, i guess there sewing dr. Stoppani or something went on with them. I think they split so to prove his point to them Jim created another line that he is allowed to sale on other places which is Jym 2.0.

Will it help me gain weight? And how much does a whole scoop of it contain protein and calories?

It will not directly help you gain weight by itself. You will need a caloric surplus to gain weight which this can add to. If your goal is to gain weight per se, there are other ways to do that. You can eat a lot of unhealthy foods that are calorically densed but not nutrients densed. Quality, not quantity should be the goal. Protein supplements are there to help you get more protein when you can't eat regular food. Your goal when taking supplements is to make sure your diet and excercise program is already in place. Any supplements are just there to enhance not to replace.

No it is whey protein. There is nothing in JYM specifically for men or women. If you are looking to add more protein into your diet and can’t eat enough to do it then whey protein is a great alternative.

Best Protein Supplement

This is best tasting and performing protein supplement I have ever used. I have tried almost 50 brands so far but JYM Pro is best. You can add just water and and still it taste like milk shake. It it thick, creamy, tasty and lots of proteins!!! Go for it.

Pro JYM : a Best Buy for protein drink/supplement

I usually buy RE-KAGED protein, but i follow Kris and Dr.Stoppani workout's religiously. For the first time i bought Pro-JYM, since I'm on holidays in India, I was worried about authenticity of the product. Icloudtail thank you guys and I trust youn now and i shall buy from you only whenever i'm here. Secondly, about the product, the taste is awesome and beilive i don't like choco flavor in anything. Kudos here. Carbs 6gms i face the same issue with re-kaged as well. Thirdly no lumps on mixing with water and dissolves quick. I did a run-test, awesome, feels protein. 4 stars why ? Because there's a PROP-65 warning on this product. I want to know why ? What is that substance, is it the ingredient or the packaging stuff that has PROP-65 warning issued ? Amazon/ ICLOUDTAIL/DR.STOPPANI EXPLAIN ON THIS PLEASE !!!
