The instructions are clear and easily understandable. The paracord is quite durable that is why I chose this kit. I like that the colos can be mixed and matched for a flare of creativity. I have other notions that I can attach as well which makes it a good value for me.

I purchased two of these kits for my girls to complete while on our beach vacation. They thoroughly enjoyed them! While they come in a compact package (good for packing!) The kits come with ample shells and decorations. I was slightly concerned how the adhesive would work, given that it needed to secure shells, but it was very thick and worked quite well. It began drying relatively quickly, holding everything in place, even when placed vertically. There is so much decor, that we can easily purchase a few more boxes at the craft store and decorate at least one more box per kit! My seven year old probably spent an hour meticulously placing decorations after painting and letting the box dry, and my nearly 5 year old spent about half an hour, with me helping her squeeze the glue. Overall a great value and fun vacation craft!

There was a lot of thread to work with. The instructions were very basic. I had to find a video online to learn how to do this. Nice gift for someone who already knows how to use.

We purchased this set for our eight year old granddaughter and she was absolutely delighted with it. She promptly made necklaces for herself, her friends, and a special necklace for her grandmother as shown. We had a playful lovebird that lived almost 20 years and was greatly missed by the whole family when she passed away. Our granddaughter made this necklace with a bird on it as a remembrance and her grandmother loves it and wears it often. The kit is easy to use, the components are of good quality, and the chains are strong and durable so the necklaces are very nice. We highly recommend this set for anyone who likes crafting and making special and unique items to wear or to give as gifts.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old daughter. It is perfect for her age. Just enough hands-on to be fun. There are lots of images to choose from for the necklace. She cuts out an image then glues it to the glass. You have to be sure to press down so there are no bubbles. That has to dry for a few hours. Then she trims it, glues it to the silver back and that sets for another hour or so. Then she can put it on a chain. It’s a long wait time, but she didn’t mind. She made one for her teacher and grandma, so far. The one for her teacher had some discoloration on it, not sure what happened but maybe she got some glue on the image itself by accident. Anyway, this is a really cute craft and I’m happy with the quality. The necklaces are actually something you can wear and don’t look chinsy.

Kate loved the pendant set listed here. It was a perfect birthday present. It doesn’t take long to make one so her patience didn’t run out but there were enough to keep her busy for a while. She is 8 and could do the project by herself without my help which is a great for me. The colors are bright and plenty of patterns to choose from. This is a great bday present for any little one who loves to do crafts.

I ordered this for my niece who loves to make jewelry. Not all pieces were included in box. Was supposed to have 2 of each shape and 8 glass top pieces We have 4 of each shape and NO top glass pieces to finish a necklace. It’s supposed to make 8 necklaces. The box looked previously opened and taped back shut. What a disappointment!
