So, my 6 year old pug, Henry, has what seems to be seasonal allergies. I say this because he does not itch all of the time or all year round - but in the fall 2025 I noticed he was really agitated and itchy - he would even spring up from a sound sleep to itch himself. Side note******* I will say this: he had no skin welts or lesions, no sores, no redness, or flaking, no odors or anything like that. I say this because I had a foster dog once who came to me with terrible skin allergies and these chews would have never fixed that severe of an allergy. It ended up being a beef allergy!) Back to the review: Anyway, he was itching himself very frequently and he seemed uncomfortable & agitated. I came online looking for a supplement to help & after some reading/comparing I chose this product (BARK & SPARK Omega 3 for Dogs, Fish Oil Treats for Skin/Itch) I truly was not expecting much of a difference but was also hopeful. I give my dog 3 chews per day (as instructed on back by weight) which lasts 2 months (180 chews) or even longer for smaller dogs (mine is 28-30lbs) rarely missed a day giving him these treats, and within the first 2 weeks we had a different dog. Out of the blue one day I realized “Henry has NOT been itching himself, like, at all!” He sleeps in my bed. I would know!! Super effective, I am shook. Had to come back and report the great news!!!! Just finished the first container - got my autoship of our second container today. This price point is affordable and it has truly helped him so much. I will be continuing to give these to my pug every. single. day! Night and day difference with his behavior. He’s able to rest, undisturbed, and so are we!

Great daily supplement. My boy has minor seasonal itching issues that are managed nicely with this omega treat.

I’ve been giving these to my dog for awhile now. He loves the taste! I think they’ve reduced shedding a bit, and possibly scratching.

This is a great product for what my dog needs. It is good for his coat, helps with his allergies and itching. Dog is a French Bulldog. He enjoys the taste. I have been buying this product for a few years and will continue to do so. Jim

I have a three month old land shark/beagle mix rescue puppy. Despite using a very gentle shampoo (and only using hypoallergenic wet wipes after), she had a dull coat and pretty bad dandruff. It was so bad, I had the vet take a look and make sure it wasn’t some sort of weird mite! I’d read that an omega supplement like this would be a good step to take, so I decided on this brand. I got the bacon flavor. She didn’t have any interest in just eating it like a regular treat, but she gobbles it up when sprinkled on top of her kibble. Her dandruff started to improve after just two days, and now her coat is shiny, soft, and flake free! I didn’t document the dandruff (should have done the before/after) but I’ve included a puppy tax anyway. P. S. She’s currently about 10 lbs, so I just do one chew sprinkled on top of her food.

I've tried a variety of allergy meds for my personal dogs & now the 5 GSPx I am fostering for a local dog rescue. I still use the heartworm that kills fleas and ticks. But this is just to help in the spring/summer with pollen, flies, etc . Many brands you have to use 4-5 tablets and are smaller.... no savings, more annoying. This brand I do two per dog and seem to help. My dogs (personal ones are fussy) eat them without spitting them out, or breaking a tooth biting down. This brand is a keeper for the Spring/Summer mos.

I’ve been giving this supplement daily to my dog for 9 months now. He rarely scratches and his fur coat is thick and velvety. His ears used to get pink from allergies. That’s all gone since he’s been taking this. While for me it’s not cheap because he’s a very large dog and has to take the maximum dosage prescribed, but it’s worth every penny!

These saved my dogs dry itchy skin and saved me hundreds thinking my pup needed allergy meds I’m so relieved I tried this first the smell is not fantastic but what fish supplements smell good lol his coat looks shiny and he’s not constantly suffering with itching I’ll be ordering this again and again love it

The pieces are huge and my cats refused to eat them even when broken into smaller pieces, probably because of the smell. It smells absolutely HORRIBLE.

Helps allot my dog seem to have better legs

This omega supplement has been great for my dog. I noticed a clear improvement in coat shine and less itching within a few weeks. Easy to mix with food and my dog likes the taste.

There wasn’t anything I liked about this product. I used almost the entire container (maybe 3-4 days remaining but I will not be using them). Dislikes: My dog had no interest in eating these. I had to cover them or mix them up with his food in order for him to take them. Obviously that takes away from the ease of buying these. I bought these to reduce my dog’s itchiness from potential allergies — if anything his itchiness got worse (of course I can’t say if that’s because of these) but he’s constantly chewing at his paws now (vet says there are no other issues). They gave my dog gas which he’s never had problems with before — audible farting after eating these. I assumed it was just a new thing that he needed to adjust to. The gas got even worse over time, and today after I gave them to him (for the last time!), he had the gas I’ve come to expect and then started reacting really badly to them — excessive drooling, panting, hiding. Obviously they made him sick to his stomach.
