Started out with those silicone grips to protect my palms, but the heavier I went my grip could not handle. So happy with these, and love that they’re pink too! They’re comfortable around the wrists, easy to wrap around the bars and appears to be durable so far! These provide me with the mind to muscle connection because I don’t have to worry about holding on or dropping the weights!

Good quality item. If your wrists are sizeable like mine, find a larger size or be prepared to alter the velcro wrist wraps.

I have had leather cobra grips for years. My wife liked them but they were too big and she wasn't ahppy with the way the leather curled on them. She also said she wanted "pink". Well - I ordered these and she loves them. Has been using them for several months and she has seen an improvement in her lifts that use hem. Happy wife = happy life... and these grips made her happy!

I’m fairly new to weightlifting so I don’t have much to compare these to. I had zero hand strength when I first started and these were recommended by the gym’s manager. Yes, they are excellent for gripping free weights and barbells and have saved my skin while I develop greater strength to hold weights. I have two issues with these that are probably related to the type of gym I go to. It’s a group class with quick transitions between blocks. I need these for maybe 1-2 blocks per class which means I have to get them on and take them off quickly. My first MAJOR issue is that one of the wrist straps always gets stuck when trying to tighten it. It’s as if the strap is too thick for the metal bracket. It drives me crazy! The other issue is that it takes some getting used to trying to get the flap around the weights correctly. That’s probably just me being a newbie, but I’m switching to gloves for these two big reasons.

I bought these grips for my wife who is a pro bodybuilder in the natural field. Her downside to lifting heavier weights on the big lifts (especially deadlifts) was her grip strength. She did used to use straps but unfortunately due to a fracture in her wrist, the straps were not as comfortable and just made the residual pain worse. Since buying these grips, she is not only pain free during and post lifting, but her dead lift has increased by 20kgs! All down to additional grip on the bar. These are phenomenal grips, not just for helping increase the big lifts, but for the comfort, the ease of use and the durability of them. Value is second to none and I would highly recommend them to both experienced and novice gym goers.

Avevo provato la versione maschile nei miei allenamenti e cosi ho deciso di regalare la versione femminile a mia moglie. Cosi da allenarsi in sicurezza e con un tocco fashion. Ecco cosa ho riscontrato: Con meno di 20 euro andiamo a sostituire i guanti le polsiere e le fasce da sollevamenti che insieme ci costerebbero anche 40 euro e ovviamente ci porterebbe via parecchio spazio nella nostra borsa da palestra. Si adattano a qualsiasi polso grazie alla fascia in Velcro cosi sono taglia unica. Mia moglie ha i polsi molto piccoli ma con queste Cobra Grips non ha problemi. Possono sostituire qualunque guanto grazie all’ottima imbottitura. Inoltre permettono di avere la mano libera se si vuole senza dover togliere il tutto. Pro e contro: Pro: -prezzo -belle da vedere e femminili -ottimo supporto per il polso -inserto in neoprene. -sostituiscono le fasce per sollevamenti -sostituiscono i guanti da palestra -sostituiscono le polsiere -comode -veloce da usare -si adattano a qualunque polso -super design -scritta destro e sinistro -hanno un pratico sacchetto per poterle trasportare Contro: -in certe posizioni, se non fissato bene, la parte metallica delle polsiere dà un po’ di fastidio al polso ma niente di che, basta spostarlo un po’. Sicuramente un prodotto indispensabile per la palestra.

So I purchased these grips as I am a female and my hands tend to really hurt when lifting weights and hurt to the extent that it affect my my workout. After using these grips my hands do not hurt and my grip form (alternative) has changed to both hands going over the bar , which befor ei wouldnt be able to lift, and before the one hand would be under and one over. Amazing quality! Recommend them highly
