Will these glow in blacklight?

They are clear plastic so I don’t think they’ll glow, but they might reflect off of it a little bit because they are shiny?

Would this look cute in a girls mermaid themed bedroom or too tacky?

I think they would be cute. I used them for my daughters mermaid birthday party. On the table n wall. Then after her party I put them in my bathroom. My theme is the beach/under the ocean. I get compliments all the time how cute they are.
