She said that she thinks the measurements would be: 3" x 16" but had not measured them before inserting elastic. I've sewn two fabric strips with those dimensions and they look good! **Q: How do you get refills for this?** A: Unfortunately, we do not sell refills for this item. However, you may be able to find the items needed to make more at your local craft and/or fabric store. **Q: Where to buy more Scrunchie Locks ?** A: You sell a kit that makes 12 scrunchies, but only has 6 locks... makes no sense!
