Does anybody know what the included angle of the beam is, minimum to maximum? In other words what diameter is the circle of light at a given distance.

At about 3 feet (from the illumination target) with the sleeve all the way back in flood mode, the beam is about 3 feet wide. Also at 3 feet, the beam (with the sleeve in spot mode) is about 4 inches across. Extrapolate that out to the distances you would need.

Can you adjust the brightness? A reviewer said it can't.

No it has no way of adjusting the brightness, it's just BRIGHT, you can however adjust the zoom, near and far just by sliding the head of the flashlight, unlike others which you have to screw back and forth. well engineered......

Is this light turned off by a clicky tail cap at the end of the light?

yes, the light turns on/off at the back end (tail cap) with a flexible click. I hold the barrel in my fist and use my thumb to push the flexible click button.

Actually, the title is deceptive. It gives you the impression of 1,000 lumen. Very far from it. In the description though it does say 140 lumen. Now I must admit it's pretty close (we measured 100-120). For this price it's fair. Not bad, could be useful.

Luce molto forte per quanto è compatta. Lo zoom del fascio è comodo, si regola facilmente. Funziona con 3 pile AAA (già incluse), e l’autonomia è più che buona per un uso normale. Perfetta per campeggio, blackout o tenerla in macchina. Resiste anche a un po’ di pioggia (non è subacquea, ma va bene per l’uso esterno). Comoda da portare in giro, fa il suo dovere senza problemi. 👍 Buon acquisto, soprattutto per il prezzo.
