Do you always have to use conditioner to?

In my case, I don’t use conditioner. You may have different results. It’s a nice shampoo. Try without conditioner.

Whats the smell like?

It’s fairly mild. Nothing strong.

Is this the sulfate free shampoo or the original formula?

Hello this is Its A 10 Miracle Moisture Shampoo Sulfate Free.

Does it contain protein?

I don’t know about the protein. But the shampoo I ordered from Amazon was runny and not thick like my first bottle or bottles I get from Osco! It never felt right!
