How good is ir to be able to pick up clearly a license plate at night from 100-120 feet away?

Your not going to pick up a license plate from 100 feet away with IR. Even during daylight this, or any other camera is going to have an issue. I used to support camera systems for transit park and rides. A license plate camera usually involves AI to focus on the plate, and a very high res, and high refresh rate . This camera, although excellent, is just not in that league. Your looking at spending several thousand for an excellent license plate camera.

Is this camera POE enabled?

I was planning on using a dozen of these with blueiris, but is this one of those cameras that can only be configured with activex and ie?

Best bet is configure the camera through the IVMS-4200 software from HIK Vision. I have found the software to perform quite well for setup and adjustments, and running it on a PC, Mac, and the mobile app on my iPhone. Trying to configure the cameras themselves individually via web browser / IP address is a pain with these, and found the software to be the answer. Sorry I am not familiar with BlueIris. Hope this helps.

Tiene excelente visibilidad hasta de 30 mts aproximadamente, después de 30 mts es buena pero ya se comienza a tener ruido la imagen. los materiales son de muy buena calidad ya llevo con ella casi 10 meses y no tengo ninguna queja, sigue funcionando muy bien. Muy recomendable.
