Namaste Foods Pizza Crust Mix - 16 oz

I was a skeptic and not prepared to love it! I'm not actually gluten free so I probably wouldn't have willingly tried this product but I had gluten free guests coming over for our pizza night so I tried it! It was a little strange to work with, so I wasn't expecting the best results. The dough is very wet, more like pancake batter when you make it. It requires you to use a spatula to spread it on a baking sheet. I was really expecting a nasty sticky mess!! To my surprise it baked beautifully, it even puffed up a bit and looked bread like. So from a non-gluten free person this was as good as any other pizza dough, it didn't taste like I was missing a thing! We've tried their gluten free baking mix as well and now make gluten free pancakes in our house, love this stuff!

I've been gluten free for two years and trying to find a decent pizza crust. The first one I made was oily and a bit chewy, though I suspect I may have done something wrong. By all means, though, it was pretty good... not grainy like other pizza crusts I've tried. I experimented last night with the remainder of the bag and decided to make a flat bread. It was fabulous! I think if you play around with the cook time, etc. You'll get exactly what you're looking for.

My son is allergic to wheat and corn and this is a great alternative for us. Love the taste. It is hard to find in stores near me so it was great to find it at a reasonable price!

My dough didn/t cook after 20 minutes..I cooked 1 side for 20 minutes as well. I basically ate it raw, and it was gross, I was so looking forward to a pizza experience last night.. I am wondering what the folks who gave it rave reviews did that was different...

When I saw this pizza crust mix at TJ Maxx, I bought it since I'd heard through various gluten free blogs that it's a good one. They were RIGHT!! GF Friends...this is the gf pizza crust you've been waiting for!! I've already ordered more from Amazon, which arrived on time and in great condition. After trying many homemade recipes for a gf crust, and being disappointed, I'm just going to keep buying this mix from now on because it WORKS! Thank you Namaste for perfecting a gf crust!

Very difficult to find this type of product...gluten AND sugar free. Excellent quality. Tastes great. Not only for pizza crust but makes great wraps for sandwiches.

This stuff is the best, makes the most amazing gluten free pizza crust I've ever had. Scratch that, makes the best pizza crust I've ever had. It starts out a little funky, you may wonder how it will ever turn into something with pizza-like form, but trust in the process, put the pancake-ish mess in the oven. Magic will happen.

I love the flavor and the ease of making a good pizza. I can now join the family in having pizza.
