Better than underwear, these male diapers are useful for collecting urine that flows without waiting for an invitation from the wearer. In my case, I wear a catheter while recovering from surgery and have been advised to keep the catheter "capped" during the day to give the bladder exercise. Others mention that the size is smaller than advertised. I would add that the advertised size is WAY larger than it should be. I have only a 34" waist which would make me eligible for a medium, but not only was the medium too tight, the large was also uncomfortably tight. I am pleased now to be wearing XL.

GREAT PRODUCT Just has prostate removeal, 2 weeks of catheter and removed. I started wearing these instead of normal underwear. They're GREAT - I get 15-24 hours use per pair. Often I shower, put them on, and next morning shower again and change to new pair (24 hours!) Nothing has ever dropped out, and rarely feel wet or moist. Well worth it, slightly odd fit, but they work. Today is 3 weeks since my surgery. Doing fantastic.

Arrived fast, over night! Husband is very satisfied with them, says they are comfortable and fit close enough to make him feel secure. Have a nice texture and make no noise. You can't tell he is wearing them. The texture is a soft paper feel with elastic threads that makes it mold to his shape. We will update when we determine absorb any and how leak proof they are.

I'm very impressed with these Depends! I use them because I'm a Uber driver and some time I needed to relieve my self in the middle of a trip, I use to be discharge a little here and there before I could make it to a bathroom. I was skeptical if they would hold the urine if I had to go fully, but they did and I was pleasantly surprised. I felt no moisture afterwards either. Now they are apart of my daily tools to do my trips safely and confidently!

It is impossible to answer the questions, how many ounces will these hold? or how many hours will they last. These are impossible questions to answer. If you need something to help manage how many times a day you find yourself looking for a bathroom, there is a way to determine the answers. I test a variety of these by various brands. This is just one item I use. Buy a measuring glass that will hold up to 12 ounces. It should be marked in ounces on one side and ML on the other. Spend three days peeing into that container. Record the time and the amount everytime you release. At the end of three days you will have a pretty good idea of how your body works.. Put on a pair and go about your day. Note the time you have to go. When it starts leaking, add up the ounces including the last time you released. This will give you an excellent idea of how long you can Depend (pun intended) on these. Everyone's mileage will vary. Do not believe what any manufacture says what their product can hold. It's a lie and their testing methods have nothing to do with real life. Just for grins , find 20-22 ounces of pebbles, put them in a baggie and put the baggie in your underwear. Maybe if you're sitting in your car with 20 ounces of fluid it's not a big deal and you can make it to the next gas station. Go to a party with all those pebbles in your underwear and try not to think you're attached to an anchor. Good luck.

There is only a slight difference between sizes XXL and XL. My husband complains that they roll down his backside right after he puts them on. He used to wear XL and gained some weight so when I chose XXL, I expected them to be large enough to fit. I am disappointed because this brand is pricey, and as the size goes up you get less in the package. They do have better protection than other brands I've been trying.

I’m a customer with a belly which sometimes makes finding briefs with a comfortable fit difficult. By increasing the waist size, the XXL proved to be the best fit as I can pull the briefs over my belly for a comfortable fit. Everything else is excellent as per usual when it comes to no leaking, great absorption for a long period of time. A++

These pants would not fit over my 1-year-old grandson's bottom. If you have no stomach and no ass, then maybe, but then you wouldn't need XXL, would you? Complete waste of money and not returnable- Duh!
