Nicely made, large cutting board that can be used for all of your cooking needs. I use it for cutting fruits, vegetables and meat and fish and it works perfectly. Cleanup is easy - if using it for meat or fish, I just put it in the dishwasher. If using it for vegetables / fruit, a simple rinse under the tap suffices. There is no odor and the board is light enough to work as a "storage" surface when cooking as I can just dump the items that are cut straight into the cooking pot. I use both sides of the cutting board and yes, one can see the cut marks made by the knife but that is expected. It has withstood the multiple uses in the dishwasher and there is no warping of any kind. I expect it to last for years as it is well made and is inexpensive enough as a daily user. I normally place it on a towel as I have granite counter tops and this helps keep it in place when in use. The grooves along the sides help keep any juices or liquids on the cutting board instead of on the counter.

The cutting board is fine. It doesn't slide and you can use either side. One side has a channel around the edges to trap any liquid. The only drawback is the surface material is soft. You leave cut marks on the surface every time you use it. So you need to clean it carefully after each use. And it doesn't slide on the counter when cutting on it.

This is a classic style cutting board that is great all around. The nonslip grip around the edges is perfect and the divot around the edge is great for catching juices. The board is really sturdy and perfect thickness for storage. Easy to hand wash or fit into the dishwasher!

Excellent device, doesn’t move when you are using it, easy to clean, attractive

After ordering some incredibly disappointing 'unknown' name brands, I tried these cutting boards by a well known, and well trusted brand. While these are a serious IMPROVEMENT over some other brands I've tried, they are still a long way from perfect. The "non-slip' edges are inconsistent from one side to the other and from one piece to the other, making some corners more stable than the others, so it's only "less-slip" in my opinion. The liquid catching groves are only on 1 side not both, however they are considerably deeper than others. They are very sturdy boards and measure ½ inch thick. The surface is only slightly textured so I'm hoping these cutting boards won't be so rough on my knives.

After reading some reviews I was hesitant about buying these boards, however I am really impressed with them. My boards are flat, don't move around on my countertop and are the perfect size to fit in my dishwasher. As some people have mentioned, they do score , but they are a cutting board, that is what I would expect. I have Japanese steel knives which are extremely sharp, a light pressure is all that's needed and the scoring on the board is minimal.
