Is this ok for color treated hair? Don’t want it to fade or change colors.

I use it routinely on my color-treated hair--no problem. More importantly, I love the pump (always works) and "no sulfates".

I see biotin listed in the headline, but not on the bottle, so is there biotin in the conditioner or not?

Yes there is biotin as one of the ingredients.

Is it for all hair types?

It is for all hair types. If you have thin or fine hair it will make your hair heavy. When I curled my hair the curls didn't stay.
