Seems like good quality.
Definitely heavy duty. It's a real pain to try and unroll and get it mounted. It just wants to curl back up. I got it using my knee to push it against the dock and then screw it. It's definitely not as flat as I wish it was but it will work. The far end in the pic was the center of the roll when I pulled it out of the box.

Robust
The one constant complaint about the dock bumper is the stiffness. The quality is superb. To overcome the stiffness, I was able to apply heat from a heat gun, which took less than 5 minutes to soften the material and make it pliable. If it wasn’t for this step, I would have given 5 stars for installation.

Product not like the picture
Usually Taylor Made has pretty decent stuff but in this case not. I needed a long bumper for my boat slip and thought this would do the job. It came coiled up in the box which meant stretching was required before I could even attempt to install it. It's really a two person job lest the bumper coiling back up and hitting you between the eyes. Once I got it fastened to one end, I began to try and flatten it out to lay on the dock edge. No luck. The material was to stiff and would not stay flat no matter how hard I tried. It just bubbled up every inch. Must be the type of material or just a defect. Still deciding whether to send it back or just live with the crappy product out of necessity.

Durable but Difficult to Install
The dock edging is obviously durable based on its thickness and the quality of the materials. After a full season it still looks good with no signs of wear; I expect it to last a long time. It was difficult to install because it is rolled up tight into a square box. While good for shipping, it was difficult to hold flat and straight on the edge of a dock while screwing it down because it kept curling up again and heavy for its size. During installation, I needed to predrill a hole through the top edge and into the dock. Then, while pulling the top edge up over the dock, I inserted the screw into the pilot hole and drilled it in. Even so, I recommend this product. I admit that this was my first time installing dock edging, so maybe there is a better way to install them.

Let it warm up before installing
I installed it with deck screws and a power screw driver. It works fine. Fast and easy to install.

Good quality but not easy to wrangle
Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty good quality item and is a good investment to help keep your loved one in gelcoat. But the strip is so tightly coiled that you have to wrestle it for hours in order to straighten it, making it difficult to install without wrinkles. My recommendation would be to let it sit in the sun for half a day (preferably in Florida or Arizona in August) and then coil it up in reverse and put it back in the box for a few days in a hot garage. That should help loosen the coil a bit. Or do what I did and fight it on the dock providing much hilarity to fellow sailors passing by on the pier.

HARD TO WORK WITH AND SHAPE SEEMS PERMENANTLY DEFORMED
Purchased on 4-10-2024. Product arrives in coils and is impossible to straighten out unless heated to about 100 degrees. Even warmed hard to work with. Product arrives deformed and does not straighten after installation. What should be a smooth round surface has large dents every few inches due to packing. Dents have not come out since installation. Gave durabilityand sturdiness a 3 so as not to be unfair. Tinme will tell on these points. WILL NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN AND WOULD TELL ANYONE TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

Over priced, not rubber. I roll it out and the edge is all wrinkled. Was hoping after installation it would relax and smooth out, it did not. Still Looks like crap

Exactly what I wanted Thank You!

The bumpers are great, like many have complained about mine also were heavily wrinkled when unrolled and did not relax by leaving them in the sun but being vinyl I covered sections with a towel and took the steam iron out and ironed them. This relaxed the vinyl and removed the wrinkles. Be sure you use the towel to iron on and start at a lower temperature and go up as needed

Will mount them and see if they stand up.
