Himalaya Hair Detangler & Conditioner for Frizzy, Tangled and Knotted Hair, 5.07 oz

I purchased this in error - I thought the listing stated that it was a leave in conditioner, but it is not. I decided to keep it and glad I did. I have very fine, thin hair, but seems to tangle so bad after I shampoo my hair, thus the need for a conditioner. It does not leave my hair limp - just soft and manageable. It has a very clean and gentle smell to it. I am very happy with the product.

I have thin, fine, straight hair. It works well at detangling and conditioning without weighing down my hair (I use a tiny amount), but I'm sure it would be effective on thicker hair than mine as well. I like to try products from other countries (one of the advantages of Amazon), and am pleased to have discovered the Himalaya brand. I also use their baby shampoo in my rotation of hair products. They have a mild fragrance that is not familiar to Americans, but that I have come to really enjoy. The reasonable price is a big plus, too.

This stuff is amazing. Our child is level 3 austic and brushing her hair is hair but this stuff makes it a breeze. Smell isn't great but works. Hair is soft when done. Don't leave hair greasy or oil. Nice soft moist hair amazing product.

Not effective

I have tried MANY detanglers/conditioners with no luck. I have very long hair but thin. It tangles so bad after shampooing, and lose a lot of hair. (Which I can’t afford to do) this smells wonderful and works! It is a joy to use. My hair is so soft after drying. Don’t hesitate give it a try, you won’t be sorry

Even though my headline states that the scent reminds me of the solution that is used for perms; I have to say that every time I wash my hair and happen to visit family and friends, they say how good my hair smells. It DOES smell especially clean. Most importantly, this product does what it says it will do. No tangles, calms down gray wiry hair, etc., I would highly recommend this product. A little pricy for the quantity.
