There are some sharper areas at the backs of the jaws of each plier, so be advised, not sure if this is avoidable in the making of the set or not, but not a deal breaker at all. I actually own 2 sets of these wonder tools that I never oil, btw, no rust or movement problems either. I use one for crafts, jewelry and household, the other at my tattoo and gift shop to adjust costume and/or body jewelry for customers, and for light repairs on various items that come through my shop, it's always something!
