Just got this yesterday and used two different taps that came with this kit and so far so good. It did what it was suppose to do. As of right now, two thumbs up!

My 2008 Honda accord v6 had a stripped out oil pan with the plug barely holding on. This kit did the trick for me. Some said to not use the washers supplied with it due to leaks but I tried it anyways, no leaks yet and it's been 6 months now. Pretty easy to use as long as you can get under your car to thread the new whole straight. I'd recommend the kit.

Nice oil pan drain plug set in a really good plastic cover.

I bought an older used car that the previous owner cross-threaded the oil pan bung. I didn't want to buy a new oil pan because of the expense and trouble installing it. This set works great. I've changed the oil 3-4 times and no leaks. I recommend using a torque wrench to make sure you do not overtighten. I also recommend flushing out the pan with oil as aluminum filings will get inside the oil pan.
