I was furious.... placed the cancel order, had to reorder again. but as I waited for the return van to arrive, i decided to open the packaging very carefully, without damaging it - and what do you know - inside a perfectly sealed Standard QWERTY ENGLISH keyboard, Return van had to return empty handed. Basically I dont think the supplier had time to switch boxes, I think its a bad production run that failed on the packaging and as such the responsibility of the manufacturer. Still waiting to be tested on the field - but from the get-go its an unreliable distribution line for me - 1 star!
