Adding the import duty though, it is not.However, for some reason I was able to buy one for less than 3k on Amazon.in, from one of the sellers who import from the US. I still can't figure out how the cost worked out because the item did ship from the US. But boy, is it sturdy and well made. Thoughtful, with keychain holder, multiple pockets for organizing stuff, and a classic look to boot.
