Dermexa Daily Emollient Cream (1x 500ml), Emollient Cream Enriched with Triple Oat Complex and Ceramides for Sensitive Skin, Soothing Relief from Itchy, Dry Skin Prone to Eczema

Works perfectly for my dry itchy shins that I get occasionally especially in colder weather. A nice thick consistency it absorbs really well into the skin providing instant relief and leaves no greasy residue that may mark clothing. I was undecided whether to purchase this or E45 but I was more inclined to purchase a product containing some natural ingredients. This works just as well as E45 so I am very pleased with the results. The moisturising properties seem to last a good day or so before further applications may be needed. Cannot comment on the pumps long term use but I always find there is unnecessary wastage with this kind of dispensing, though fully understand the purpose of it. Likely I will have to split the bottle at some point to access the residue. At the moment pump works fine delivering an adequate amount of moisturiser though nothing too excessive which is ideal. Overall, leaves skin thoroughly moisturised, soft and protected from further aggrivation so definitely worth it. Thank you.

My skin was SO dehydrated due to using my korean matte spf stick. Anyways, I was desperate to fix my tight, dehydrated face and I went for cetaphil moisturising cream. While it did work, it was pretty brief and during the day, my face would become dry again. On top of that my eye lids had eczema on it. It was tight and sometimes itchy and flakey. This cream had fixed my skin overnight!!! And btw my usual skin type is combination. I have an oily forehead/nose and dry/normal cheeks. I wore this today and was out doing my errands. I came home and my face looked matte! Super impressed with this cream. Highly reccomend this cream over the baby version as this one has panthenol (super calming and good for your skin!!!) as the third ingredient. The baby version doesn’t have it/is further down the ingredients list. My only complaint is that I wish they did this in 100ml so I could take it with me on the plane.

Ya’ll , this is a must have in the house, it’s so effective for many skin issues. Dermatitis, psoriasis, dry skin gone, is moisturising soooooo well. Baby and adult. I am so pleased and over the moon to have found this. No scent this one.

This cream has been very good for helping soothe dry and itchy skin. The texture is rich without feeling overly greasy, and it absorbs reasonably well while leaving the skin feeling moisturised for a long time. It’s especially helpful for sensitive or eczema-prone skin and feels gentle enough for daily use. The large 500ml size is also good value and lasts quite a while. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that towards the end, it’s quite difficult to get all the cream out using the pump, so some product tends to get left behind. Overall though, a very effective and reliable moisturiser that I’d happily recommend for dry skin relief.

Very good for eczema/dermatitis or dry itchy skin. It's extremely soothing and makes skin feel instantly better. It's not oily or shiny, it has a lovely matte finish. It is thick and sticky but not greasy, and very smooth and matte. Hydrates the skin and heals from within, unlike other oily emollient creams like hydromol that only add an oil barrier on the face. This one hydrates and moisturizes and replenishes plus forms a non-greasy matte barrier. Worked better than prescription steroid cream for me! The only problem is that you can't put it on the eyes, and so now I need to find something else for the eye area..so I'm a bit disappointed with that. What do we do for itchy skin on the eyelids and under the eyes? I wish they would have made the cream to include the eye area. (Update: I am using jergens ultra healing for around my eyes, it's working very well. I also have tried applying this dermexa cream very carefully on eyelids using the tip of my finger..but it's a bit tricky and sometimes it makes the eyes burn/water so then I immediately wash and rinse off and go back to jergens for the eyes. ) If you can be really careful then I guess it's ok to put around the eyes. I mix oats and cold milk, keep it in the fridge for an hour, and then scrub/wash my face and hands with it. It's very soothing. After that I apply this cream. Amazing results. Skin has cleared up considerably in a week. There's something about oats..... :) I put several layers of the cream ... First apply then wait for a few minutes for it to be absorbed, then apply again, then wait a couple minutes, then apply a 3rd time. I do this 3 times a day. Once my skin gets fully cleared up and healed, I will probably just apply once. It's a good cream to use under makeup too. I dont know what it is about this cream , but it just works. Amazingly.

Mate. This stuff works so well. I’ve had broken skin barrier for a while now so it was dry and oily at the same time. I’ve only used this product for about two days and can already tell the difference. Definitely worth it 👏

The most effective cream I've found for my dry legs in this cold weather when the heating is on all the time, which makes my skin feel parched. Really lovely texture, and skin feels so soft afterwards. Absorbs quickly Fabulous!
