I have sebhorric dermatitis (extreme dandruff) and dry frizzy and fine hair. I use my dandruff shampoo for the scalp as treatment and follow it with this and then a leave in conditioner and my hair has been the smoothest it has been in a very very long time. Extremely good results from someone who is battling dandruff and a very dry hair problem. Worth the money spent - gave better results than many high end products I have used. Go for it if your hair needs hydration and doesnt weigh my hair down. Very gentle and does the job.
