I used the light once and now it’s stuck on a solid blue light. Won’t flash anymore

If the button located on the back of the unit no longer changes the pattern of the flash, then you may have a defective unit.

Is legal to use it in a single car?

I have green because I do funeral escorts which is legal where I live. Red and blue are not legal.
