Instead of giving sleep, made me more sleep deprived
Falling asleep is a problem for me and I take 2-3 hours on bed to fall asleep. Used it for 2 days, and could not sleep the entire night. Nothing else changed except for this pill.

A bit pricier for 3 strip of tablet and kind of habit forming* if used daily. Instead take magnesium or NAC supplements.
