It would be nice to have English translation on the back and all black for the characters. The different colors throw you off a little bit.

Nice, but no English
It's a big beautiful set of flash cards, but the cards don't have the English meanings of the characters. So you'll have to work a bit, look up the meanings and write them on the back if you want to use them to learn Chinese.
