What medal part do I press to fold it back?

The handle has a groove where you can see the metal, press the metal part to the groove, don't loose it, then fold the blade back, release the metal part.

Can left handed people use them ?

I'm left handed, and I use them daily.

How do you lock the blade open? I use the button to push and pull the blade open and close, but I don't see any special mechanism for locking it.
