Its a good protein supplement tho taste wise really bad since its not flavoured. you have to use cocoa powder some other thing to mask the taste.

It tastes very bad, and it not suitable for everyone's gut. causes bloating ... I wont recommend.. it may have benefits of plant protein but for taste and gut health it is not recommended..

I found the box opened. After delivery, when I opened it today, its silver seal was open and the quantity was also very less. I had ordered this before also but this time only this issue occurred, very disappointed.
