This oil is expeller pressed which very important an in a dark bottle. It has a very light flavor so you can use it for pretty much everything. I fry an bake with it as it takes hi temperatures. It is the best an only oil I use oh I can’t forget it is a very healthy oil as well. Try it you won’t be sorry. I love it

Excellent oil Perfect for frying And very healthy

My husband and I have been using this for awhile now and love it! At first we tried it just because it was different. But then we realized how great it is. The taste is amazing and it doesn't have a strong smell. I will put oil in the pan and sometimes forget (oops) while I'm doing something else in the kitchen and surprisingly there was hardly any smoke and no overpowering smell. Not to mention it's much healthier than the alternatives.

Oil had some rancid taste; perhaps, it wasn't stored properly or was expired. Could not use it in salads, so had to use with a lot of seasoning for frying

I love this brand of avocado oil and have been using it for a few years now. This is the only oil that I use for baking, frying, everything that I cook. It always comes packaged so nicely, well padded and in a proper box.

We bought two bottles again and everything is great. They came well wrapped in bubble wrap AND it's a good price per volume. The oil tastes good, has a nice texture, can be used in frying/sautéing and raw on salad and pasta, and it works well in baking so it is versatile

there's olive oil and pistachio oil and avocado oil - all green, every bit as green as the welsh area that was immortalised in the film "how green was my valley?" but to return to oil: for high-temperature frying only avocado will do. we keep it in the dark, cold pantry because it is too precious to waste (by inadvertent premature oxidation). on salads it will remind one of actual avocados because - it's made of pressed avocado flesh. to certain fried foods it conveys the taste of that vexatious oval fruit that is so delish. definitely will reorder.
